Favorite Recent Event: "Convergence just happened recently. That is always a fun and interesting event. We get to bring out some of our best gear from the huge video wall to our high end Myers line array. It is a big show with a lot of work involved but the out come is always impressive."
Favorite Piece of Equipment:
"The Allen and Heath CQ series audio mixers have been my favorite for a while now. They are a newer line of smaller digital audio mixers that are very capable. They might not be ideal for mixing a band but can be incredibly helpful in a corporate av setting. The amount of audio processing you're able to get out of such a small package is amazing."
How Does He Spend His Free Time: "In the warmer months you'll probably find me out playing disc golf. Otherwise, I've been getting into the photography as a hobby."
Fall is upon us, and with it a host of new galas and fundraisers taking place in various ballrooms across the Twin Cities. This includes the most recent Federated Challenge held with in the main ballroom of the St. Paul RiverCentre. This event is one we have helped produce for several years now and the video above shows just how much we put into this fantastic event every year, including lighting, audio, screens, and LED Walls!
Ballrooms are not just great for galas, they are also perfect for Fashion Shows and Conventions. Above are photos of the U of M Foundation Fashion Show held at Machine Shop and the Main Room of Convergence at the Hyatt Regency Downtown. Both were magical events brought to life with our LED video walls, lighting, and audio!
