AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment and Tech Services for the U of MN Center for Transportation Studies’ Towards Zero Deaths (TZD) Conference at St. Cloud River’s Edge Convention Center in St Cloud, MN.  We provided support of the general session as well as several breakout sessions which all included live streaming.

For audio rental equipment we set up our Shure ULXD4Q Microphone rack, Audio Technica Podium Mic and our Midas M32 Digital Mixing Console.

For projection rental equipment we used a couple Barco RLM-W14 DLP Projectors as well as three ViewSonic LS830 Ultra Short Throw projectors.  We used Screenworks 10.5’ x 18.5 Truss Style Fastfold Screens.

For video rental equipment we used our Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera.  We also used a Samsung 40” TV as a confidence monitor.

For lighting rental equipment we used Ovation Reve E-3’s and Eternal Lighting CUBEecho LED Battery powered uplights.  We controlled the lights with our Chamsys QuickQ 20 Lighting Console.

For drape rental gear we used pipe and drape and utilized our Rose Brand Black drape on the right side of the room to cover the front of the house.
