Centennial Event at the St. Paul Athletic Club

AV for You provided audio, video, lighting and staging rental equipment for a Centennial Event for Associated General Contractors of Minnesota (AGC) at the St Paul Athletic Club.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 Speakers and an Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphones.

For video rental equipment we front projected two of our Eiki 7KHD projectors from the back of the room onto Screen Works 6.75’ x 12’ truss screens.

For lighting rental equipment we set up four ETC Source Four lights for stage wash.  We also place five Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Battery Powered uplights behind the stage.  We also set another five uplights in the lobby for cocktail hour.

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape using four panels of Rosebrand Grey Drape.  We also place a one of our frosted podiums on the stage.

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used a Decimator kit to distribute video signal to the projectors. We used a Behringer X32 Compact Mixer and Behringer SD16 Digital Snake for clear dependable audio.  We used an ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board to control the stage wash at the event.
