TCSHRM First Annual Gala at the St Paul Athletic Club

AV for You provided audio and video rental equipment for Twin Cities Society for Human Resource Management (TCSHRM) first annual gala at the St Paul Athletic Club.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 powered speakers, a Shure ULXS4 Combo Microphone Kit rack and a Mackie 1202-VLZ3 12 Channel Mixer.  We also set up two LTI Blox for laptop audio.

For video rental equipment we front projected two of our ViewSonic 5K HD short throw projectors onto our Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold Screens.  We used our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used our Decimator HDMI/SDI to distribute video signal to the projectors.
