AV for You provided video and webcast rental equipment for the Freshwater Society at the St. Paul Student Center Theater.

For video rental equipment we provided our Analog Way Nextage08 Video Switcher to output separately to both the house projector and the webcast.  We used our Delvcam 4K UHD Monitor as a Preview Monitor for all the sources plugged into the Nextage08.  We also used our Panasonic HD Camera to provide a live camera feed of the speakers on the webcast.  Along with this we used our Mackie Pro FX 12 to provide an audio feed to the webcast via USB.

For the webcast we streamed to Youtube through the use of a Black Magic Intensity Extreme Video Capture Device and OBS (Open Broadcasting Software).  We used a Macbook Pro as an encoding laptop and another Macbook Pro as a graphics laptop for a live question feed to be overlaid onto the screen.
