National Coming Out Day Luncheon at Target Field

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment and Tech Services for Twin Cities Quorum’s National Coming Out Day Luncheon at Target Field in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers, QSC K10 Speakers, Shure Microphones (wired and wireless) and our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.

For video rental equipment used a couple of Sharp 90” AQUOS LED HDTV’s, Playback Pro, Decimators and our Roland V-160HD Streaming Video Switcher.  We also utilized our Panasonic AG-DVX200 4 K Camera with a Sacthler DV-12 Tripod and Spider Pod.

For lighting rental equipment we set up three Chroma-Q Color Force 72” LED’s and two Chroma-Q Color Force 48” LED Lights along with four Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights.  We controlled the lighting using our Chamsys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console.

For backdrop rental equipment we set up Pipe and Drape for backdrop using three panels of our Rose Brand Grey Drape.  We also set a Frosted Podium on the stage.
