First Annual Blackout Gala at the Depot in Minneapolis

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment for MN Black Chamber of Commerce’s first annual Blackout Gala at The Depot in Minneapolis, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up dB Technologies DVA T8 Line Array Speakers, dB Technologies DVA S1518N Subwoofers, Shure Wireless Microphones, along with our Midas M32R Digital Mixing Console.  We also used QSC K12 speakers as monitors.

For projection rental equipment we used a couple Panasonic PT-RZ21K projectors and projected them onto a couple Draper 9’ x 16’ Truss style screens.

For video rental equipment we used a playback pro and Lenovo LEGION 5 laptops as well as our Analog Way QuickVu 3G Video Switcher to control the video.  We used a Samsung 40” TV as a confidence monitor as well.  

For lighting rental equipment we used Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights and Chroma-Q Color Force 72” LED Batten Ranges.  We controlled the lights with our Chamsys QuickQ 20 Lighting Console. 

For scenic backdrop soft goods rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using Rose Brand black drape.
