Celebration of Hope at The Sheridan Story

AV for You provided audio, video and lighting rental equipment for a “Celebration of Hope” Event put on by Flourish Events at The Sheridan Story (Fighting Child Hunger in MN) in Roseville, MN.

For audio rental equipment we provided two JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers, Shure Microphones (Handheld and Lavalier) and a LTI Blox.

For video rental equipment we set up two Draper 6.75’ x 12’ Fastfold Screens.

For lighting rental equipment we placed ten American DJ Flat Par uplights for decor lighting at the event.

At the tech table we utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro computer for simple switching between powerpoint and video rolls.  We used Decimators to distribute video signal to the projectors. We used a Shure Wireless ULXS4 Microphone rack and an Allen & Heath Zed 18 Channel Mixer for clear dependable audio.
