IFC National Marketing Agent Appreciation Conference at Treasure Island Casino

AV For You provided audio, video, projection, lighting and staging rental equipment and tech services for  IFC National Marketing’s Agent Appreciation Celebration Conference at Treasure Island Casino in Welch, MN.  

For audio rental equipment we set up QSC K12 Speakers, Shure and Audio Technica Microphones and our Midas M32R Digital Mixing Console.  We had our Clear-Com FreeSpeak II System onsite for our crew to communicate as well. 

For projection rental equipment we projected a couple Panasonic PT-RZ12K Laser projectors onto Screen Works 9’ x 16’ Truss Style Screens.  

For video rental equipment we used Playback Pro and Lenovo Legion 5 Laptops along with our Roland V-160HD Streaming Video Switcher.  We also set up a Samsung 55” 4K HD TV on a confidence monitor stand. We used our Prompter People StagePro 17” Presidential Teleprompters on stage for the presenters.

For lighting rental equipment we use Pixel Range PixelLine Micro W LED Lights and controlled them with our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console.

For staging rental equipment constructed a stage using twelve of our 4’ x 5’ stage decks and steps.  We place a frosted podium on the stage as well.
