Audio, Video & Tech Support at the U of MN - Coffman Union

AV for You supplied audio & video rental equipment as well as provided tech support for a Research Ethics Day event in the Coffman Union at the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.

For audio we provided six Shure Gooseneck Podium Microphones, two Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphones and a Shure Lavalier Wireless MIcrophone.  We utilized our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer as well as our Behringer S16 Digital snake.

For video we set up our Panasonic HD Camera on a tripod stand.  We utilized our Analog Way NeXtage 08 Video Switcher and an HDMI/SDI Cross Converter Kit.

For tech support we had five of our crew on site; two camera techs, one video tech, one audio tech and one Powerpoint Tech all to ensure the event went smoothly.
