Audio, Video and Lighting Rental at Van Dusen in Minneapolis

AV for You set up audio, video and lighting for Endeavor Air’s annual employee awards at the Van Dusen Mansion in Minneapolis.  

For audio we set up two QSC K10 Powered Speakers, a Shure SM58 microphone, our Shure QLXD4 Distro Wireless mics and our Audio-Technica Gooseneck Microphone was set up at our frosted podium.  We also used our Mackie ProFX12 Mixer and a RapcoHorizon LTIBlox Laptop Audio Adapter to mix between microphones and sound from the laptop being used for the video presentation.

For video we rear projected our NEC 4k projector onto a Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold Screen.  We also used our Analog Way Pulse 2 Video Switcher for simple switching between video sources.

For lighting we used two Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED lights on our Global Truss ST-132 Tripod Crank Stands for stage wash.  We also set up ten Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED lights for uplighting.
