Nexus Foundation Hybrid Event at the Westin - Galleria

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment along with Tech Services for a Nexus Foundation For Family Healing Hybrid Fundraiser Event at the Westin in the Edina Galleria.

For projection rental equipment we used a couple NEC NP-P502HL HD Laser Projectors and Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Ultimate Folding Screens.  For additional video rental equipment we used a Roland VR-4HD Mixer, Samsung 40” Confidence monitor, and set up our Panasonic AG-UX180 4K HD Camera.

For backdrop rental equipment we set up pipe and drape using four panels of our Grey Ultra Velour Drape.

For lighting rental equipment we used six American DJ Mega Bars, six Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights, a couple P-56FC Par Lights and controlled it all using our Chamsys QuickQ 20 Lighting Console.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 Speakers, Shure Microphones and our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.
