Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota Luncheon at the Intercontinental Hotel

AV for You provided audio, video, and lighting for Blue Cross Blue Shield Minnesota's "Moving Health Forward: Sustaining Equitable Change" Luncheon at the Intercontinental Hotel in St. Paul, MN.

For audio, we set up four JBL VRX Line Array Speakers on stands. Two were set up on each side of the stage and the other two were set up on the outsides of the screen to provide good sound coverage for those in attendance. Along with this, we set up our Audio Technica Podium Mics on our Frosted Podium.

For video, we rear projected our Eiki 7KHD projectors onto our Dalite 8x14 fastfold screens. We also provided a 40" confidence monitor allowing the speakers onstage to view the program.

For lighting, we used eight ETC Source 4 lights on two 15' truss towers in the back of the room to provide even coverage of lighting on the stage. We also provided two source 4 lights on a 15' truss tower behind of the stage to back light the individuals at the podium. We also set up six of our battery powered uplights set to blue behind the stage.

At the tech table, we used our Analog Way Video Switcher, Playback Pro laptop for a short video clip, Behringer X32 producer digital mixer for audio, Smartfade lighting console and Shure QLXD4 distro wireless microphone rack.
