Awards Celebration at the James J Hill Library
AV for You provided Audio, Video and Lighting Rental Equipment as well as Onsite Tech Services for American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) of Minnesota’s Awards Celebration and Education Symposium at the James J Hill Library in St. Paul.
For Audio Rental Equipment we set up four QSC K10 Powered Speakers, Shure Wireless Microphones and an LTI Blox.
For Video Rental Equipment we front projected two of our Eiki 7K HD Projectors from the back of the room onto our Draper 10’ x 5.75’ Fastfold Screens.
For Lighting Rental Equipment we set up four of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash on a Global Truss ST-132 Tripod Crank Stand.
At the Tech table we used a Playback Pro Computer and Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher to switch between powerpoint and video rolls. We utilized our HDMI/SDI Converter Kit to distribute HD Video Signal to the Projectors. We set up our Shure UHF Wireless Microphone Combo Kit, a Behringer X32 Compact Mixer and Behringer S16 Digital snake for reliable audio at the event. We controlled the stage wash using our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board.
