Affinity Plus All Employee Day Conference at JW Marriott

AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment as well as Tech Services for Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union’s annual All Employee Day event at the JW Marriott in the Mall of America - Bloomington MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up eight dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers, two JBL VRX918SP Subwoofers, Shure ULX-D Wireless Microphone rack (with Handhelds and Lavaliers) and our Behringer X32 Mixer.  

For video rental equipment we projected two of our Barco RLM-W12 12K projectors onto screens.  We also used an Eiki HDT700 LCD 7K Projector to project a gobo on the backdrop. We utilized our Playback Pro and Analog Way Saphyr Video Switcher to control the video.  We used our Panasonic AG-AC160P HD Camera for recording and IMAG.  

For lighting rental equipment we set up six of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash.  We used six of our Martin Mac Aura Moving lights set to blue for ambience. We also supplied sixteen Eternal Lighting CUBEecho Battery Powered Uplights.  We utilized a couple Chauvet Ovation P-56FC Par Lights as backlighting for the camera. We controlled the lighting using our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console.  

For staging rental equipment we set up eight panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rose Brand Grey Drape.
