AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment as well as onsite technical services for the Twin Cities Gay Men’s Chorus Sing It Forward Fundraiser Gala at the Minneapolis Marriott Northwest in Brooklyn Park, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up eight dB Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers, four QSC K10 Speakers, two JBL VRX918SP Subwoofers, Shure ULX-D Combo Wireless Microphone Rack, Shure MX418 Gooseneck Podium Mic, three Audio Technica U853R Choir Microphones and our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.  

For video rental equipment we projected two of our Barco RLM-W12 DLP 12k Lumen projectors onto Screen Works 14’ x 8’ Truss Screens.  We used our Roland V-1HD Video Switcher to control the video.

For lighting rental equipment we set up sixteen Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash along with twelve American DJ Mega Bar LED uplights.  We controlled the lights using our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Board.  

For staging rental equipment we set up three panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rose Brand Grey Drape and another four panels to box the screens.

We also set up a pre function area in the the lobby and used four QSC K10 Speakers, Shure Handheld Microphones, our Korg Grandstage 88 Piano and a Mackie 1402-VLZ4 14 Channel Mixer.
