Audio Visual Support for Gala Dinner at the Lumber Exchange in Minneapolis

AV For You provided Sound and Lighting rental equipment along with professional technical services for the Protev Foundation Winter Gala and Dinner event at the Lumber Exchange in Minneapolis, MN.  This event helps support making prosthetics and rehabilitation free of charge for Ukrainians who lost limbs as a result of the war.

For audio rental equipment we used Meyer Sound Lina Speakers and Subwoofers along with QSC K10 Speakers.  For microphone rental gear we used Shure QLX-D Wireless Microphones along with Sennheiser SR 2050 Wireless IEM (in ear monitor) Dual Transmitters.  We used a Midas M32 Digital Mixing console and Meyer Sound Galileo Galaxy 816 Audio Signal Processor.

For lighting rental equipment we set up Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash and an Altman Lighting Luminator follow spot light.  We also set up two truss light towers at the back stage corners for special effects and used Chroma-Q Color Force 72” LED Batten Ranges and Martin MAC Aura Moving head wash lights.  We utilized our Chauvet DJ Freedom Flex H4 IP LED battery powered uplights throughout the room.
