AV Rental Equipment & Services for New Year’s Eve Event at DoubleTree in Bloomington

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Stage Decor rental equipment along with professional technical services for Kingdom Embassy Worship Center’s New Year’s Eve event at the DoubleTree by Hilton - Bloomington, MN (Minneapolis South).  

For audio rental equipment we used Meyer Sound Lina Speakers and Subwoofers along with QSC K10 Speakers.  For microphone rental gear we used a Shure Microphones.  We used a Midas M32 Digital Mixing console and Meyer Sound Galileo Galaxy 816 Audio Signal Processor.

For projection rental equipment we used a couple Eiki EK-820U Laser DLP Projectors with a couple Screenworks 8’ x 14’ Truss Style Fastfold Screens.  

In between the two screens on stage we constructed an 16’ x 8’ LED wall using our Unilumin Upad III 2.6mm LED panels.

For camera rental gear we used a Panasonic AG-UX180 4k HD Camera.  We also used a Playback Pro, Lenovo Legion 5 and Roland V-160HD Streaming Video Switcher to control the video.

For lighting rental equipment we utilized Chauvet Ovation E-910 LED Lights and Eternal Lighting CUBEecho  LED Battery powered uplights.  We controlled the lights using our Chamsys QuickQ 10 Lighting console.

For stage decor rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using twelve panels of Rose Brand black drape.
