Audio Visual Rental Equipment & Services for IT Symposium at RiverCentre

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Stage Decor rental equipment along with professional technical services for GTS Educational Events - IT Symposium at the St Paul RiverCentre.  We set up a main ballroom as well as a couple breakout rooms.

For audio rental equipment we used Meyer Sound Lina Speakers and Subwoofers along with QSC K10 Speakers.  For microphone rental gear we used a Shure QLX-D Distro and a Shure MX418 Gooseneck Podium Microphone.  We used a Midas M32 Digital Mixing console and Meyer Sound Galileo Galaxy 816 Audio Signal Processor.

For projection rental equipment we used a couple Barco HDF-W30 Projectors with a couple Screenworks 10.5’ x 18.5’ Truss Style Fastfold Screens.  Additional video equipment included a Samsung 55” 4K TV as a confidence monitor, a Sony HXC-100 Camera, Analog Way Ascender 16 4k Video Switcher and AJA Ki Pro GO Portable Multichannel Video Recorder.  

For lighting rental equipment we utilized twelve Chauvet Ovation E-910 LED Lights, eight Martin MAC Aura Moving Head Wash Lights, eight Chauvet Ovation P-56FC LED Par Lights, two Chroma-Q Color Force 48” LED Batten range lights, and eight Phillips Color Kinetics ColorBlaze 72” LED Batten uplights.  We controlled the lights using our Chamsys QuickQ 20 Lighting console.

For stage decor rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using four panels of Rose Brand Grey drape and Rose Brand 18’ x 60’ White Cyclorama.
