Light the Way Gala at the Machine Shop

AV for You provided audio, video and staging rental equipment for Camp Fire MN’s “Light the Way” Gala at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis, MN.

We provided audio rental equipment for a band and set up Shure Wireless Microphones on mic stands and our Allen & Heath Zed 18 Channel Mixer.  We also used our A/V Interface Direct Box for the guitar.

For video rental equipment we rear projected our Eiki 7K HD Projectors, using short throw lens, onto our Draper 5.75’ x 10’ Fastfold Screens.  We used Decimator HDMI/SDI Cross Converter to distribute video signal to the projectors.  We utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher and Playback Pro for toggling between powerpoint and video rolls.  

For staging rental equipment we set up an 8’ x 12’ stage using six of our 4’ x 4’ stage decks, stage step and skirting for a clean, professional look.  We set up five panels of pipe and drape using our Black Ultra Velour Drape. Our truss podium was placed on stage as well.
