AV for You provided audio, video and staging rental equipment for the “Lourdes Gala” at the Machine Shop in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we supplied a pair of Shure Gooseneck Podium Microphones, two Shure Handheld Wireless Microphone Kits, and a Shure Wireless UHF-R Combo Microphone Kit.  We also utilized our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer and Behringer S16 Digital Snake.

For video rental equipment we set up our Draper 6.75’ x 12’ Fastfold Screen for rear projection from our Eiki 7KHD projector using an Eiki .8 Short Throw Lens from an 8’ projector truss tower.  We also used our Playback Pro Computer and utilized our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher.

For staging rental equipment we set up a stage, pipe & drape and a podium.  For our stage rental we put together a 8’ x 12’ stage by using six individual 4’ x 4’ stage decks.  For pipe and drape rental we utilized our Black Ultra Velour Drape for stage backdrop. We also positioned a frosted podium on the stage as well.
