Audio and Video Rental for a Conference in St Paul

AV for You provided audio and video rental equipment at the “The Before Conference 2018” for The Spader Group at Hotel 340 in St. Paul, MN.

or audio rental equipment we set up speakers and microphones.  For speaker rental equipment we used two QSC K10 Speakers.  For microphone rental equipment we supplied two Shure Combo Wireless Microphone Kits and two Shure Lavalier Wireless Kits.  We also used our Mackie Pro FX12 12 Channel Mixer.  

For video rental equipment we set up projectors, screens and additional equipment at the tech table.  For the projector rentals we set up two NEC 3KHD projectors on projo stands.  For screen rental equipment we set up two of our Da-Lite 8’ Tripod Screens with screen skirting.  At the tech table we used our playback pro computer and Analog Way NeXtage 08 Video Switcher.
