Audio, Video and Lighting Rental at Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis

AV for You provided audio, video and lighting rental equipment for a 30th Anniversary Annual Event put on by Youth Frontiers at the Nicollet Island Pavilion in Minneapolis, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up speakers, microphones and a mixer.  For speaker rental equipment we used four JBL VRX900 Line Array Speakers, two JBL VRX918SP Subwoofers and two QSC K10 Speakers.  The microphone rental portion of the order was made up of two Shure Wireless mics, three Shure SM58 mics, three Shure SM57 mics, a pair of Audio-Technica Gooseneck Mics and a Shure Drum Microphone Kit.  We used our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer onsite for the audio mixing.  

For video rental equipment we set up a 40” Samsung confidence monitor.  We utilized our Playback Pro computer during the presentation.  We also used our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher for the event.

For lighting rental equipment we set up lights for stage wash and uplighting.  For stage wash rental equipment we used four of our Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights attached to our Global Truss ST-132 Tripod Crank Stand.  For uplighting rental equipment we utilized eight Eternal Lighting Cube Echo LED Lights.  We used our ETC Smartfade 1248 Lighting Board to control the lighting.

We also had an audio tech and video tech onsite to ensure everything ran smoothly.
