AV for You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment as well as onsite Tech Services for the Twin Cities Business Manufacturing Excellence Awards held at Mercury Mosaics in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up four QSC K10 Speakers, Shure and Audio Technica Microphones and our Behringer X32 Producer Mixer.

For video rental equipment we projected our Barco 12K HD Projector from a tower onto a Screen Works 16’ x 9’ Truss Screen.  We used our Analog Way QuickVu Video Switcher for seamless switching between video sources.  We utilized a Playback Pro Computer for video playback during the program.  We set up our Panasonic HD Camera for IMAG at the event as well.

For lighting rental equipment we set up four Chauvet Ovation E-910FC LED Lights for stage wash and controlled them using our ETC Smartfade 2496 Lighting Board.

For staging rental equipment we constructed a 16’ x 8’ stage using eight of our 4’ x 4’ stage decks.  We also set up a couple panels of pipe and drape for backdrop using our Rose Brand Black drape.
