AV Rental Equipment & Services for the Grow With Us Gala at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment along with Tech Services for Guiding Star Wakota’s annual “Grow With Us Gala” at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Eagan, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up JBL VRX932 Line Array Speakers, Shure QLX-D Wireless Microphones, Countryman E6 Earset Mics, Shure MX418/S Gooseneck podium mic, along with our QSC TouchMix 8 12-channel mixer.

For projection rental equipment we projected two Barco RLM-W12 DLP Projectors onto Draper 9’ x 16’ Truss Style Fastfold Screens.  We used our Sony HXC-100 camera for IMAG and recording (onto a Video Devices PIX-E5H Video Recorder).  We utilized our Playback Pro Plus laptop and Analog Way NeXtage 08 4k video switcher to control the video.  We used a Samsung 55” for a confidence monitor.  We also had our Prompter People StagePro 17” Presidential Teleprompters set up.

For lighting rental equipment we used Eternal Lighting CUBEecho LED Battery powered uplights.  We controlled the lights with our ChamSys QuickQ 10 Lighting Console. 

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using black drape.  We also set up Moddim Bend Tiles for backdrop.  We utilized our 26” Podium with Monitor (45” Samsung) on the stage.
