Best of BOMA Annual Gala at The Depot in Minneapolis

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging rental equipment and technical services / production for BOMA’s Best of BOMA Annual Gala at The Depot.

For speaker rental equipment we set up our Meyer Sound Lina Speakers and Meyer Sound 750+LFC Line Array Subwoofers on Stacking Grid Fly Bars and used our Meyer Sound Galileo Galaxy 816 Audio Signal Processor in conjunction with that equipment.  For microphone rental equipment we utilized Shure QLX-D Wireless Microphones.  We used our Behringer X32 Mixer.

For projection rental equipment we projected four Barco RLM-Q14 DLP Projectors onto Screen Works 10.5’ x 18.5’ Truss Style Fastfold Screens.  We used a couple Sony HXC-100 cameras for IMAG and recording (onto an AJA Ki Pro HD Video Recorder).  We utilized our Playback Pro Plus laptop and Analog Way NeXtage 08 4k video switcher to control the video.  We used a Samsung 55” for a confidence monitor.  

For lighting rental equipment we used Clay Paky Mythos Moving Lights, Martin MAC Viper Performance Moving Head Lights, Martin MAC Aura Moving Head Lights, Chroma-Q Color Force 72” Batten Ranges, Phillips Color Kinetics ColorBlaze LED’s and Chauvet DJ Freedom Flex H4 Battery powered uplights.  We controlled the lights with our MA Lighting GrandMA 2 Lighting Console. 

For staging rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using black and gray drape.  We also utilized our 26” Podium with Monitor (45” Samsung) on the stage.
