Audio Visual Services for Champion of the Year Gala at Quincy Hall in Minneapolis

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Stage Decor rental equipment along with professional technical services for Best Buddies “Champion of the Year” Gala at Quincy Hall in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we used QSC K10 Speakers.  For microphone rental gear we used Shure and Sennheiser equipment for use with the band and Audio-Technica Gooseneck mic on stage.  

For video rental equipment we used a Playback Pro Plus Laptop, Lenovo Laptop and our Roland V-160HD Streaming Video Switcher.

For lighting rental equipment we utilized Chauvet Ovation E-910 LED Lights, Chauvet DJ Freedom Flex H4 Battery Powered Uplights and Martin MAC 101 Moving Head Wash Lights.  We controlled the lights using our Chamsys QuickQ10 Lighting console.

For stage decor rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using six panels of Rose Brand Black drape.  We also placed a Frosted Podium on stage.
