Audio Visual Services for Gala at The Depot In Minneapolis

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Stage Decor rental equipment along with professional technical services for the A Breath Of Hope Lung Foundation’s Shining Bright Gala at Renaissance / The Depot Hotel.  

For audio rental equipment we used JBL VRX932 Line Array Speakers and VRX918SP Subwoofers.  For microphone rental gear we used Shure QLX-D Distros and a Audio-Technica AT-U857Q Uniline Gooseneck Mic.  We used our Behringer X32 Compact Mixer.

For projection rental equipment we used two Barco RLM-W12 DLP Projectors with a couple Screen Works 8’ x 14’ Truss Style Screens.  Additional video equipment included a Samsung 55” 4K TV as a confidence monitor and an Analog Way Ascender 16 4k Video Switcher.

For lighting rental equipment we utilized four Chauvet Ovation E-910 LED Lights and six Eternal Lighting CUBEecho Battery Powered Uplights.  We controlled the lights using our Chamsys QuickQ10 Lighting console.

For stage decor rental equipment we set up pipe and drape for backdrop using four panels of Rose Brand Black drape.  We also placed a Frosted Podium on stage.
