Shriners 6th Annual Gala at The Depot

AV For You provided Audio, Video, Lighting and Staging Rental Equipment and Tech Services for the 6th Annual Shriners Twin Cities Gala at The Renaissance Hotel (The Depot) in Minneapolis.

For audio rental equipment we set up dB Technologies DVA T8 Line Array Speakers, DVA S1518N Subwoofers, Shure wireless microphones, and our Midas M32 Digital Mixing Console.  We also utilized our Clear-Com HME DX300 EU Wireless Headset System.  

For projection rental equipment we projected a couple of our Barco RLM-W14 DLP projectors onto Draper 9’ x 16’ Truss Style Screens.  Additional Video Rental Equipment included our Sony HXC-100 Camera with Lens, a Samsung 32” TV, Samsung 55” LED HDTV for confidence monitor, a pair of Prompter People StagePro 17” Presidential Teleprompters and Production PC.  

For lighting rental equipment we used Clay Paky Mythos Moving lights, Martin Stagebar 54S LED Luminaires, Chroma-Q Color Force 72” LED Batten Range lights, ETC Source Four Lights, Chauvet Ovation P-56FC LED Pars, and utilized our MA Lighting GrandMA 2 Lighting Console to control the lights.  

For staging rental equipment we used Rose Brand Grey and Black Drape for backdrop and used our Frosted Podium on stage.
