Projector and Screen Rentals for Orientation Event at U of MN Field House

AV For You provided audio, video and backdrop rental equipment for an Orientation Event at U of MN Field House in Minneapolis, MN.

For audio rental equipment we set up db Technologies DVA T4 Line Array Speakers, dB Technologies DVA S1518N Subwoofers, Shure Wireless Microphones and a Mackie 1202-VLZ3 12 Channel Mixer.

For video rental equipment we rear projected our Barco RLM-Q14 14k projector onto a Draper 9’ x 16’ Truss Screen as well as a smaller setup for captions using a Sony VPL-PHZ10 HD 5k laser projector and 5.75’ x 10’ screen.  

We also set up additional pipe and drape rental equipment as backdrop using four panels of Rose Brand Black Drape.
